Structure and people

Create Locations, Business entities, Departments, Teams, and Roles before employees. For every department or team, capture a name, parent department/team where applicable, manager or lead, members, and active status. In Roles, select a role name and grant only the module permissions needed: view, create, update, delete, approve, export, or manage.

Attendance policy checklist

Set working hours, holiday list, shifts, break policy, attendance method, grace period, late/early rules, regularization rules, and approved locations or IP addresses. See Attendance Rules.

Leave and payroll policy checklist

For every leave type set name, code, paid/unpaid treatment, annual entitlement, accrual frequency, minimum and maximum request days, half-day availability, notice period, carry-forward and expiry, eligibility, and approver. For payroll, set frequency and pay period, payroll calendar, pay date, entity, statutory/tax treatment, approval owner, payment method, and locked-period rules. Then create pay elements and salary templates before assigning employee salary.
